Information is a virus...
In Miriam Webster's online dictionary the third definition of a virus is listed as, "something that poisons the mind or soul", this definition is very different from what most people think of when they hear the word virus. Based on this definition, information can definitely be considered a virus. Although information as a whole plays a vital role, to our very existence, it is important to remember that not all information is good. There are many times when information can, in fact, be harmful when not used properly.
